FRIENDLY REMINDERS ( PART-1 )

Everybody, no matter how brilliant or rich they are, need to take a step back every once in a while, keeping in mind to consider what's more significant in their life and to remember that everybody needs some self-investment to take care of themselves so they can simply be their best versions in both home and work life.

Here's a list of ways to achieve it :

1. BE THE ONE WHO LIVES IN PRESENT :

Finding peace with the failure you received in the past so that you can make something beautiful from it and move forward to live a happy and successful life will help you to live to the fullest with what you have in the present.
It's better to focus on the lesson you learned rather than dwell on past experiences. No one can tell what life would have in store for you if you'd settled on an alternate decision. Your vision of your future self should be about who you want to become, not who you used to be. Embracing and accepting your past experiences is the key to living in the present.
Distracting yourself from a past situation will not always work, as you can't always escape from your past self. Make sure to let go of whatever outrage, disgrace, or responsibility is keeping you from pushing yourself ahead because your past self deserves to be embraced by you.

2. LET OTHERS WONDER ABOUT YOU :

What people perceive of you shouldn't be your matter of concern, as people’s opinions of you are an unreasonable obsession, particularly prevalent in the cutting-edge world, and what's more terrible is that it may be keeping you from performing at your best level, but what matters is how you think about yourself.

Every person has their unique perspective and way of judging others that has absolutely nothing to do with you, as it's not in your hands to control what others perceive of you. We should focus on our worth, as we cannot always be the best fit in every situation, but if we know our worth and are ourselves, we can easily deal with different life circumstances.

3. TIME HEALS ALMOST EVERYTHING, GIVE THE TIME SOME TIME :

Sometimes the lesson is to learn how to live with the pain but not let it affect the present. Eventually, we are all prone to changes, and it's something we all learn to accept with the flow of time. That's because everything you once thought you couldn't overcome, you've overcome with time.
In reality, we must learn to appreciate and cherish the time spent with others rather than dwelling on how things used to be. We can't always expect ourselves to be happy, even after we try our best. That's okay.
You need to understand that how one behaves and acts in the present could be affected by their past experiences because everyone has problems in their life, and not everyone has figured it all out and found peace with their past to live happily in the present.

4. YOU NEED TO TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR HAPPINESS :

Regardless of any situation or who you have around you, always know that you are your source of joy, and you shouldn't have to rely on somebody to make you happy.
Happiness is a state of mind; the way one behaves in a situation is completely dependent on the way one feels about oneself. Happiness is a way of accepting the life given to you and bringing out the best in it because we can't blame someone or something for the way we feel about something or someone. So, instead of worrying about the way things are, try to find out how you can make yourself happy because it's always been you who knows better about you.

Learn to be responsible for your happiness, and you will live a happy life.
No one knows how to make you as happy as you do, so make sure that you care about your happiness so it won't affect your present, as your mental health matters.

5. NEVER COMPARE YOUR DEEDS WITH OTHERS :
Live your life as best as you can because nobody truly knows about your journey better than you, and it's not your responsibility to look after their opinions of your life. It doesn’t matter what has happened to you, but how beautifully you managed to be a better version of yourself is a matter of concern. Be your role model.
Value yourself regardless of what other people might think of you or say to you, as comparing your life with others will unconsciously make you insecure about your life and will affect you now and then.
